Howdy friend! It’s the end of August in the year of our Lorde twenty-twenty-two. This page is here to keep you—the readers—up to date with my life and times.
The goal is to be a bridge between the curation of self that is my about page, and the overshare of a daily blog. My hope is that this update finds you well, happy, and healthy mentally and otherwise.

Since the last update I turned 48. Yes, I know the beard is giving 57, but it went grey in my 20s what are you going to do? I tried dying it one time, and it just turned back to white, so it's here to stay.
I'm feeling great, down 120+ pounds, and learning to live this life in a smaller, different body. Some days are easier than others, but all days are looking up and bright.
Overcoming my fears, I finally got myself fully vaccinated against covid. Yeah, I know. It's a long story filled with irrational fear and extreme anxiety. Point is, it's done now. I feel relieved. I should also mention I never went into public spaces while unvaccinated, as I didn't want to risk mine or anyone else's health or safety.
After realizing I have adult money now, I decided to buy myself a full set of Copic markers—yes all 358 available colors. I plan to create and publish pieces as soon as they get here, and after I've practiced a little.
And finally after all this time, it looks like I'm getting a PS5 soon!
