I abandoned this book after 4 chapters. I think it's likely a good book, and one that a lot of men need, and should read. I found Justin's words hollow, almost disingenuous, as if he was writing this for views?
I know this isn't fair, and likely not true. But, I just wasn't connecting with the material and couldn't get the idea out of my head so I stopped reading. Could be I just am not ready for the message.
I may pick it back up again at some point.
